What is NoobSoft Alliance ?
Due to the number of developers online struggling and competing for market visibilty, often many independent developers are not marketed well enough and are often overlooked by consumers for the more established names in the industry.

The “NoobSoft Alliance”© concept allows independent developers to align themselves with the NoobSoft brand after passing the quality assurance tests set by NoobSoft. The process is simple. If you are an independent developer with a product that you would like to market under the NoobSoft brand, contact admin@noobsoft.net and provide your description of your application software. NoobSoft will determine the suitability of the product with the NoobSoft ideology, and if the application is deemed suitable will contact the developer for further discussions. The software application will then undergo QA testing by the testers at NoobSoft and any bugs/defects found will be reported to the developer for a bug fix revision. Once the application is considered a stable version by NoobSoft, the product will be rebranded with NoobSoft branding and then released to the market under the NoobSoft banner. The developer will receive the agreed royalties for the product with NoobSoft taking the agreed commission for releasing the product to the market. The developer will retain the IP for the product.

The developer with a written request may choose to cancel an agreement with NoobSoft, however if no royalties or commision have been paid, then NoobSoft reserves the right to request a small payment to cover the cost of services already undertaken such as the QA process.

Why choose to market under the NoobSoft brand ?
Noobsoft’s future goal is to become an established brand with an association for reliable and useable software. Due to the rigourous and professional methodologies employed by NoobSoft on their product releases, this goal is achievable. Once the NoobSoft brand is established and more independent developers join the NoobSoft banner, then the stronger the relevance of the brand. This will be beneficial to the developer as their product is marketed under a well known and quality brand, thereby producing better sales figures for the developer who then gain monetary advantage for their hard work whilst NoobSoft faciliates the marketing of the product. This alliance will be seen to be a symbiotic relationship. The better the brand the better the alliance which translates to better sales. Please note, that all software submitted are judged on their merits and not all will pass the NoobSoft quality standards.
